History

Blount Marlow Walsh was originally established in 1991 and operated for a decade as a commercial and industrial real estate agency servicing a small, loyal clientele mostly in the inner suburbs of Melbourne.

In 2000, business broker Wayne Marlow joined with Matt Walsh (one of the original partners) to expand Blount Marlow Walsh into a commercial and industrial real estate agency and industrial business brokerage.

Today, Blount Marlow Walsh continues to be a successful commercial and industrial real estate agency and is also one of the most successful industrial business brokerages with offices in Victoria and Queensland.

Blount Marlow Walsh also operate in Tasmania, South Australia and New South Wales.

Importantly, Blount Marlow Walsh is one of the few organisations with actual expertise in both industrial businesses and commercial & industrial real estate.

Wayne Marlow started his business broking career in the late 1980s and today has a wealth of experience in the sale and appraisal of industrial businesses. Wayne is one of the most successful business brokers in Victoria and is a much sought-after guest speaker for business seminars and functions. He has written several published articles on topics such as: assessing the value of businesses; succession planning; 'buying a business' guides.
